Returns & Shipping Policy
- All order will be dispatched as soon as possible and we will endeavour to get your items to you within 5-7 working days.
- Some order may take 7-10 working days due to the nature of the order. Please check item description for details.
- Overseas order orders may take from 5-10 working days depending on selected delivery method. Please email us for further details.
- Flying Aviation is not responsible for any delay in delivery however we will endeavour to chase items which have been delayed on your behalf as the customer.
- Order will be shipped via a standard mail service.
- Some items will require a higher rate of post and packaging to be paid.
- If you wish to have your item delivered more rapidly please select appropriate service.
- It is the responsibility of you the customer to specify delivery preference.
- It is your responsibility to make collection arrangements for deliveries of products to your specified address.
- Any undelivered or uncollected orders sent back to us will be re-sent at the customers cost. Flying aviation reserves the rights to hold an item awaiting re-delivery until the additional P&P has been paid.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct postal address. Failure to do so may result in the item being delayed or even lost. In the event that an items fails to be delivered due to the incorrect address being inputted by the customer, Flying Aviation will hold no responsibility in supplying another item or issue a refund as this is a lost in which has occurred due to the customers failure to provide Flying Aviation with the right postal details.
- Should your item be damaged in transit please contact Flying Aviation via our contact page to arrange a replacement.
- Flying Aviation will not refund any money paid for Single searches, Advanced searches or Same day searches or any services such as the advice service.
- Flying Aviation will be happy to refund certain products should you not be satisfied with the products. The P&P will however not be refunded plus 25% of the total cost of the item/s returned.
- For overeseas customers, customers not living within the United Kingdom will be excluded from the refund policy, however items return will be exchanged for a credit note. This can be used to purchase items at the same value as the orignal purchase minus the 25% refund fee plus P&P.
- All items purchased using a discount code will not be refunded for cash however a credit note will be given subject to the items being in a re-sellable conditions.
- Products which will not be refunded (Any type of Audio or CD’s material, Books of any types, Oils, cleaning products, Timing Equipment, clothing, advice service and products that have been removed from their packaging and cannot be re-sold.)
- Clothing can be exchanged for similar items.
- All refunds will be re-credited via the same method and account.
- Please allow 7 days for a refund to be credited back to your account.
- Any errors incurred will be rectified.
- If there are any errors with calculations of any orders you the customer will have to pay the difference if any to complete your order.
- We reserve the right to change and alter these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
